Return & Refund Policy
All refund and replacement requests must be made within 30 days of package delivery date for United States orders, and within 45 days of package shipment date for non-United States orders. If you have any questions or problems, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can try to solve the problem.
If you received a wrong product, please contact us right away and we will correct the error. If the item is defective, please contact the manufacturer for technical support. If the manufacturer determines that the product is defective, we will issue a replacement or a refund. All other returns and cancellations are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee, including shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once your order has shipped. All returns requests must be made in writing (e-mail) and approved before we receive your return.
Return authorizations do not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original condition, including retail box, jewel case, inserts and manuals, unused warranty cards, UPC codes and accessories. We will charge for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or boxes. We reserve the right to send back any such returns.
